This post certainly struck a cord with me. We often come across clients who have engaged with “fancy-pants” agencies but have become fed-up with them as they keep slamming them on how they need to start using xyz new technology to interact with their customers. We take a pretty pragmatic approach- get the basic right and then iterate from there.
